A reservation request submitted on this site is not confirmed until Capital Collectives LLC accepts it. We will contact you to confirm availability, pickup details, and payment.

Rates shown are estimates based on the dates selected and may not include taxes, fees, tolls, or optional add-ons.

Renters must hold a valid, unexpired driver's license and meet our minimum age requirement. Additional verification may be requested before a vehicle is released.

Only approved drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.

A refundable security deposit may be required prior to pickup and is returned after the vehicle is inspected and returned in acceptable condition.

Outstanding charges — including fuel, cleaning, tolls, citations, late returns, or damage — may be deducted from the deposit or billed separately.

Cancellations and date changes should be requested as early as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit part or all of any deposit paid.

Vehicles may not be used for illegal activity, racing, off-road driving, towing, subletting, or re-renting.

Smoking and pets are not permitted unless approved in writing. Additional cleaning fees apply.

Rideshare or delivery use is permitted only under an approved gig-driver program agreement.

Renters must maintain valid insurance coverage as required by North Carolina law. Proof may be requested before pickup.

The renter is responsible for damage, loss, or claims arising during the rental period to the extent permitted by law.

Bookings made through Turo are governed by Turo's own terms and protection plans.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your reservation applies.
