Renters must be at least 21 years old with a valid, unexpired driver's license. Some vehicles may carry a higher minimum age.

A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a payment method in the renter's name. Gig-driver applicants also provide proof of gig platform activity and Charlotte-area residency.

A refundable security deposit is typically required before pickup and is returned after the vehicle is inspected and returned in good condition.

Do I need my own insurance?

Yes. Renters must carry valid coverage as required by North Carolina law. Trips booked through Turo are covered by the protection plan selected on Turo.

How does availability work?

The calendar on the Fleet & Booking page reflects real reservations and blocked dates, including Turo trips, so greyed-out days are unavailable for that vehicle.

How do I pay?

Submit a reservation request and we'll confirm availability, then send payment instructions for the deposit and balance before pickup.

Can I use the vehicle for Uber, Lyft, or delivery?

Only under our approved gig-driver program. Apply on the Gig Drivers page and we'll review your documents before approving rideshare or delivery use.

What about mileage, fuel, and cleaning?

Return the vehicle with the same fuel level and in reasonable condition. Excess mileage, refueling, or heavy cleaning may incur additional charges.

Can I book through Turo instead?

Yes. Our full fleet is also listed on Turo if you prefer to book and pay there.

What if I need to cancel or change dates?

Contact us as early as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit part or all of the deposit.
